Introduction

Welcome to OCS88. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and OCS88 (hereinafter referred to as "OCS88", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ocs88.cam.

OCS88 operates under international licensing and provides online gaming services, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related entertainment services, primarily targeting players in Malaysia, including but not limited to those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the OCS88 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the OCS88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which you hold an Account or use the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced and applies regardless of any lower legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. OCS88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. Any winnings generated on an Account found to belong to an underage individual shall be forfeited without exception.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. OCS88 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. You must not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 General Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age and jurisdictional requirements above, you must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain an Account:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of OCS88, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not currently under a self-exclusion order with OCS88 or any affiliated platform;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by OCS88 for breach of these Terms;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of OCS88 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, residential address, contact email address, and phone number. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

OCS88 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may require verification at any point during Account use. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad (IC), driver's license, or international passport (front and back where applicable);
• A proof of residential address document issued within the past three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or Telco invoice;
• A selfie holding your identity document next to your face;
• Evidence of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet or bank account in your name).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by OCS88 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure. OCS88 processes all KYC submissions in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. OCS88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. You must notify OCS88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account Use & Security

Your OCS88 Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. OCS88 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for signs of collusion, fraud, match fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other activity that OCS88 in its sole discretion considers to constitute abuse or misuse of the Platform.

You agree not to use any software, tool, script, or technique that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to data-scraping tools, automated browsers, or VPN or proxy services used to circumvent geo-restrictions or access limitations. OCS88 reserves the right to void bets and close Accounts where such activity is detected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

OCS88 supports a range of Malaysian and internationally recognised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account not registered to you — are strictly prohibited. The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. OCS88 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. OCS88 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours, though processing times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless your Account is specifically configured to operate in another currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of credit.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards offered by OCS88 are subject to specific promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in qualifying wagers). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages for each game category are published in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

OCS88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any Account, where it determines in its sole discretion that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim a single-claim promotion, exploiting a technical error or loophole in any game or promotion, using low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and participating in coordinated multi-account promotional farming.

7.4 Referral Programme

Referral bonuses are payable when a referred individual: (a) successfully registers a new Account using the referrer's unique referral code; (b) completes KYC verification; and (c) makes a qualifying first deposit meeting the applicable minimum deposit threshold. Self-referrals or referrals between Accounts held by the same individual or household are not eligible for referral rewards.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the OCS88 Platform are subject to the general rules set out in these Terms and to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

8.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for MMA events). OCS88 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: (a) a palpable error in published odds; (b) evidence of match fixing or corruption affecting the relevant event; (c) the event being abandoned or not completed within a timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules; or (d) any other circumstance specified in the relevant sport-specific rules.

8.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games available on the Platform, including slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, live roulette, and other table games, are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state of the game on OCS88's servers. OCS88's records shall be the final authority on the outcome of all game rounds in the event of dispute.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OCS88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Accessing the Platform while under a self-exclusion order;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial transaction;
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or the ability to influence the outcome;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any software that gives you an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to defraud OCS88 or other users;
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversals, or other forms of payment fraud;
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for other bettors;
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or another identity.

Responsible Gambling

OCS88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties. OCS88 provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are available to all members at no cost through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spend;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for a single session, after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications showing your time on site and current session balance;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of submission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the OCS88 Platform, including but not limited to the OCS88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of OCS88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of OCS88. Any unauthorised use of OCS88's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OCS88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond OCS88's reasonable control;
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security of your credentials;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit OCS88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

OCS88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if OCS88 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• Regulatory or licensing obligations require OCS88 to restrict access to the Platform in your jurisdiction;
• Maintenance of your Account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to OCS88.

Upon termination of your Account, any balance of Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) that has been verified as legitimately deposited and earned will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. OCS88 will not be required to return Bonus Funds or winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds in cases of Account closure for breach of these Terms.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be actioned within 24–48 hours of receipt.

Amendments to These Terms

OCS88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change. The current version of these Terms is always available at ocs88.cam/terms-conditions, and is identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to OCS88's operating jurisdiction under its international licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact OCS88 customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, OCS88 will endeavour to provide access to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism where required by its licensing obligations. OCS88's records of Account activity, bet outcomes, and transaction history shall constitute primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.
